drs.jpgI would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your professionalism, time management and expertise on the tenant finish of our building. This would have been impossible without you.

When my husband and I decided to purchase our building, we knew we had to hire professionals to do the tenant finish because we still had our chiropractic practice to run and we are not qualified to do it ourselves. For the first week without Jeff to guide us, it was chaos. Contractors were calling us non-stop, interrupting our patients/doctor time and causing our staff increased stress. We had many people telling us different stories. From the costs. to the permits, to the fact that we did not need an architect to draw up plans; we could just sketch it out and we'll be ok. Needless to say we were very confused, who do we believe….who do we trust will have our best interests in mind. I was even questioning if we could really do this or should do this.

I asked Jeff to come visit with my husband and me, he explained that he would take care of the project hassles and make sure the end product was what we wanted. It was the best decision we could have made. From that moment on, he dealt with all the contractors, put together the bids, investigated the contractors, and made sure we had proper plans drawn up and made sure the project was completed as expected. We put out faith in Jeff and did what we asked. He was professional to deal with, told us the truth on what costs were and kept us in budget and on time. Total turn around time was 8 weeks. Wow…how amazing. A contractor will do anything you ask them to do and charge you for it. Jeff will do anything you ask and get it done, but find ways to be cost effective and affordable.
